Co-branded cheddar cheese from Grafton Village Cheese and Cold Hollow Cider. Leveraging these two strong Vermont brands helps make this cheddar a popular retail item. The design features Cold Hollow's illustration of a Vermont apple orchard. New attention was given to the color designation for the age of the cheddars. This helped make it easier to distinguish between the three varieties.
