Artisan Vinegars

This vinegar is the first of its kind in Vermont — a collaboration that infuses Vermont honey with Vermont mead. The honey comes from some of the very bees that pollinate the apples Cold Hollow uses to make their cider. A traditional farmhouse method of barrel fermentation is used to convert the mead into this outstanding vinegar. This process lends itself to a unique label that features illustrations of the all important bees and their hive.
