The Poutine King made countless trips to Canada to watch his boys play junior hockey. It was there he was introduced to the popular dish, Poutine, and fell in love! It is a simple dish made of french fries and cheese curds, but the brown gravy is what makes the taste buds explode! Recreating that unforgettable flavor was a challenge, but once achieved, the Poutine King opened a food truck selling his famous dish in 2012. Now, we bring "the talk of the streets" to your table!
